Judulnya ga nyambung sama isi. Hehehe. Tapi ga apa apa deh, sebelumnya aku mau cerita sedikit tentang frasa diatas. "Di immortales" ini frasa yang suka disebutin Annabeth di Percy Jackson & the Olympians. Menurut seseorang di tumblr, kalo "di immortales" itu artinya "enormous" alias hebat atau besar sekali, dimana artian kedua ga nyambung (besar sekali?), sedangkan "di immortale" artinya "immortal god", jadi sepertinya Annabeth lebih menjurus ke "immortal god"... ini kan mitologi Yunani.

Kayak yang aku bilang tadi, isi post ini ga ada hubungannya sama "di immortales", cuma lagi suka aja kata kata Annabeth yang itu. Setiap Annabeth bilang "di immortales", pikiran aku otomatis berpacu ke kata "immortal" dan sudah tentu aku jadi inget Ever dan kawan kawan. Why? Karena judul serial Evermore dan seterusnya itu the Immortals Series, of course duh.

Dan ngomong ngomong tentang Ever, aku lagi seneng karenaaa ding ding ding ding, apa coba? BUKU KEEMPAT RILEY BLOOM SERIES UDAH KELUAR! Gatau sih tepatnya kapan, tapi aku baru tau barusan. Hehehe. Cuma... keluarnya di luar sih, di Indonesia belom... seperti biasa.

Buat sementara ini aku lagi nunggu buku ketiga Riley Bloom yang judulnya Dreamland. Pluuus, aku juga lagi penasaran sama serial barunya Alyson Noel, nama serialnya the Soul Seekers. Buku pertama judulnya Fated, diikuti oleh Echo yg rilis nanti mungkin 13 November, dan buku ketiga keempat yaitu Mystic & Horizon.

Apakah gaya bahasanya seperti kakak beradik Bloom (Ever & Riley)? Apakah masih ada kata kata seperti; "menelan ludah berat", "memindahkan beban tubuh", "memutar mutar mata" (yang satu ini cacat penerjemahnya, masa muter muter mata? Ngapain coba? Eyeyeyeye @_@ harusnya kan memutar mata. Doang.) dan lain lain?

Plus, aku baca di website Alyson Noel, Fated dan kawan kawannya mau di filmin. Alyson Noel tuh udah ga mungkin lebih keren lagi. The next J. K. Rowling! Aamiin deh, jadi jajarannya tuh ada J.K. Rowling, Suzanne Collins, Stephenie Meyer, Christopher Paolini, Rick Riordan, Alyson Noel, terus nanti tahun 2028 ada Dhiya Khairinnisa. Aamiiiiin. Tapi ini masih expectation yang jauh dari reality karena aku belom pernah sukses bikin satuu aja cerita yang seru. Hahahaha :( mau bikin cerita aja ga selesai. Tapi semoga aku masih punya waktu buat berusaha. Aamiin. Doain ya :)

JUST FINISHED READING EVERLASTING!

Daaan ini speechless banget. Bener bener keren. Keren keren keren keren keren keren kereeeeen!! Aku suka banget happy endingnya. Aku suka gimana Ever jadi se-jagoan itu. Aku suka Damen ga ragu ragu lagi. Aku suka Jude akhirnya sama Honor dan dia udah move on. Aku. Suka. Banget. Dan yang paling aku suka adalah...

Kalimat diatas itu konotasi (okey.) dalam artian sebenarnya, sekarang aku mulai baca Radiance.

Buku Radiance ini udah berminggu minggu didiemin di meja belajar dan (akhirnya) sekarang aku baca. Sebenernya baru bab 1. Dan bab 1nya itu kaya gini

Itu bab satu. Rame banget gasiiiih:----)

Apakah aku sudah pernah cerita tentang Radiance?
Baiklah, kalau tidak salah sih sudah, aku tidak tau apakah sudah atau belum, tapi akan kuceritakan lagi sambil menunggu jam 6.

Novel ini aku beli berminggu minggu yang lalu dan sebenarnya aku ingin membeli 2, satu buat dibaca satu lagi buat dipajang. Dan beberapa hari dirumah novel ini masih perfect diplastikin sampe aku ga tahan udah kepo banget, akhirnya aku buka deh. Ada pembatasnya loooh tapi kecil=)) dan pembatas terbesar yang aku punya itu pembatas buku Inheritance Almanac. Oke ini ga penting.


Radiance, novel lain lagi karya Alyson Noel ini bercerita tentang kehidupan seorang anak yang bahkan belum 13 tahun bernama Riley Bloom yang mati saat kecelakaan.
Di Evermore, diceritain kalo Riley tuh kejebak di antara alam ini dan alam sana. Tapi akhirnya dia mau juga nyebrang atas bujukan Ever dan Ava.
Naaaah di buku Radiance ini nyeritain Riley pas di alam sana alias di seberang jembatan alias Afterlife (ini kan judul lagu avenged sevenfold ya). Katanya dia ketemu lagi sama orang tuanya, anjingnya Buttercup, dan dia dapet temen namanya Bodhi (Bodhi ini cowo dan aku curiga nantinya ada sesuatu diantara mereka. Semoga Bodhi dideskripsiin ganteng kalo engga kan ga adil banget si Ever dapet pacar se perfect Damen ai si Riley mah engga). Terus Riley punya tugas di Afterlife jadi soul-catcher tapi di versi indonesia mah diterjemahin jadi penangkap jiwa:|

Udah deh segitu aja ceritanya, soalnya udah jam 5. Ga nyambung sih.


Bahas lagi sedikit tentang Everlasting. Endingnya emang keren, tapi aku ngerasa rada sedih juga. Bukan gara gara ceritanya, tapi fakta karena Jude jadi botak. Ga cuma itu sih. Aku ngerasa rada galau soalnya karena udah tamat jadi gabisa ngekepoin Ever sama Damen lagi. Dan aku ngerasa jadi Immortal itu ga sekeren yang aku anggap dulu. Udah gitu, gara gara udah tamat, gabisa ngoleksi lagi atau teriak teriak histeris sama Nda di toko buku kalo udah ada yang baru.

Ah kalem we da novel mah loba keneh dik.

JADI, novel yang aku tunggu sekarang adalah:

1. Dream Land. Ini buku ketiga dari serial Riley Bloom wohohoho
2. The Enchantress. BUKU TERAKHIR serial The Secrets of The Immortal Nicholas Flamel. Aku dikasih tau nda katanya Enchantress ini maksudnya Sophie. Kayaknya Sophie yang menyelamatkan dunia dan Josh yang menghancurkannya.
3. Spirit Bound. Novel ke 4 serial Vampire Academy DAN SEPERTINYA SANGAT SERU._. nunggu yang ke 5nya juga sih
4. INHERITANCE! Sumpah bikin kepo banget dan sepertinya saaaaangat tebal. Ngomong ngomong ini buku terakhir Trilogy Inheritance Cycle. Udah ada yang versi inggris mah tapi da ga ngerti-_- ayo cepat terjemahkaaaan
5. Bloodlines. Novel karya Richelle Mead juga kaya VA, tapi yang nyeritain tentang Sydney. Dan Adrian. Sumpaaaah penasaran kaya apa isinya, sering liat di tumblr dan kayanya keren. Buku keduanya juga ada judulnya The Golden Lily tapi duaduanya belom diterjemahin.

Riley's Diary-Keep Out!! (especially YOU, Ever!)

I can't believe my parents are doing this! I can't believe this is happening-again! I was all set to have Emily over, she was in charge of the scary movie, I was in charge of the popcorn, and I promised my parents we'd steer clear of the Internet if we could just have the house to ourselves-but nooooo!!!

Apparently I need to be supervised.

Apparently I need to be babysat by my oh-so-mature sister, Ever.

I mean, sheesh! When are they going to understand that I'm not a baby? I am practically, almost, getting really, really close to being thirteen!!

Okay, maybe it's not really all that close. Maybe it's not exactly happening tomorrow. But, still, it's not like it's all that far away either, which means I am clearly old enough and mature enough to not need a babysitter. Just the word alone makes me crazy!

Baby + Sitter = Blech.

I mean, hel-lo, it's not like I don't know how to lock the door.

It's not like I don't know how to dial 911.

And, for the record, I am way past the point of taking candy from strangers.

Not to mention it's an insult to Buttercup. It's like saying he's not a good enough guard dog to look after Emily and me, when, I think it's pretty clear that he's way, way, way, better a guard dog than Ever could ever be.

Not that Ever's a dog or anything.

Hardly.

Must be nice to be so perfect and popular and pretty.

Must be nice to always get to be the one who's in charge.

Must be nice to live the teen dream.

Not like I'd know.

Sumpah ini keren banget.
Sebenernya aku udah lama tau website http://www.immortalsseries.com/ soalnya dikasih tau nda. Aku cuma tau web itu isinya tentang Immortal Series atau Saga atau apalah sama temennya yang tentang Riley Bloom. Dan hari ini aku buka lagi daaaaan aku menemukan sesuatu yang sangat keren.

INI SUMPAHNYA KEREN BANGET BANGET BANGET.
Jadi di website itu tuh tersembunyi 10 tulip merah. Nah kalo misalnya nemu terus di klik, kita bisa denger yang namanya overheard itu. Isinya kaya percakapan yang ga ada di buku, gatau siapa yang ngisi suaranya. Nyampe pas nulis ini aku baru nemu 2, yang pertama pas Evangeline (Ever di masa kehidupan sebelumnya) mau dibunuh sama Drina di Paris taun berapa gitu. Terus yang kedua percakapan Riley pas pertama ketemu sama Romy dan Rayne di Summerland.

Lagu ini sebenernya soundtrack Breaking Dawn, tapi menurut aku lagunya lebih pas buat ngedeskripsiin novel Evermore.

Jadi Evermore ini ceritanya tentang cewek remaja labil bernama Ever, dia mengalami kecelakaan maut yang merenggut nyawa keluarganya, termasuk adiknya Riley dan anjingnya Buttercup. Ever ga ikut nyebrang ke sisi lain (sebutan buat tempatnya orang yang udah meninggal, semacam surga gitu. jembatannya ada di sebuah tempat bernama Summerland), soalnya dia dijadiin Immortal atau makhluk abadi oleh Damen, seorang cowok Immortal yang seksi dan sempurna (oke, aku tau gaada orang yang perfect tapi emang deskripsinya gitu). Ternyata Damen ini udah cinta mati sama Ever hampir selama keabadiannya dan selama beberapa masa kehidupan Ever yang terus ber reinkarnasi atau lahir kembali. Tapi ada cewek Immortal lain yang namanya Drina, Drina ini temen kecil Damen dari sebelum mereka jadi Immortal, kemudian mereka nikah. Tapi Drina punya sifat arogan dan dia lemah banget dalam soal cinta, dia mencintai Damen bukan secara cinta gitu tapi lebih ke rakus dan pengen memiliki Damen selama keabadian. Makanya Damen lebih cinta sama Ever, tapi setiap masa kehidupan, Ever selalu dibunuh sama Drina. Sampe akhirnya Ever dijadiin Immortal. Dan di buku terakhirnya........... Ah ga mau ngasih tau ah, bisi dimarahin sama yang nulis novel. Bisi penggemar Immortal yang belom baca Everlasting terus bacanya jadi ga rame gara gara udah tau:p

Terus apa hubungannya sama lagunya Christina Perri?
Ya disitu kan ada kata kata "Darling don't be afraid I have loved you for a thousand years, I'll love you for a thousand more" Aku jadi kepikiran Damen, yang sabar banget nungguin Ever reinkarnasi terus tumbuh jadi gadis 17 tahun, keliling dunia cuma buat nyari cewek itu, dan akhirnya dibunuh lagi sama Drina. Sekarang pas Ever udah jadi Immortal dan Drina udah mati (dibunuh Ever. Ups keceplosan:p maaf yaaaa buat yang belom baca -_-v), Ever sama Damen bisa saling mencintai untuk ratusan dan mungkin ribuan dan mungkin juga jutaan taun berikutnya.
Oiya, sebenernya Damen baru hidup selama 600 taun. Tapi gapapa lah dibilang thousand juga, biar lebih keren. =))

Dan.......................oh iya udah janji gaakan kasih tau. Pokoknya yang penasaran silahkan baca Evermore, buku pertama dari serial Immortal yang udah sering aku bahas di blog ini. Dan buat yang udah baca Evermore danseterusnya tapi belom baca Everlasting, wajibkuduharus baca tapi jangan shock oke.

(aku tau kamu kepo makanya baca! gaakan nyesel deh asli =D)

Kenapa banyak banget penulis yang berhasil bikin serial dengan beberapa buku dan masing masing buku itu se tebel tebel apaan, dan ceritanya rame banget ga ngebosenin? Kenapa mereka jagoan bikin aku mikirin fantasi itu terus? Kenapa mereka bisa bikin aku lupa waktu, dan yang ada di pikiran aku cuma imajinasi dan perasaan ga sabar buat tau kelanjutan ceritanya. Riley Bloom: Riley is Ever's little sister, who died when their father swerved to miss hitting a deer, but hit a tree instead. She visits Ever everyday and when she isn't with Ever, she spy's on Ever's old friends and celebrities. Ever convinced Riley to go into Damen's house and tell her what's there. There was a locked door that Riley didn't want to go though, even though she didn't care for locked doors before. After the Halloween party their Aunt Sabine threw, Riley began wearing costumes everyday, including copying what Ever wore until she gave that up and dressed like herself. Eventually, Ever convinces Riley to cross over and she promises to give Ever a sign that she is still watching over her big sister.

Drina Auguste:Drina Auguste was Damen's wife and one of the first Immortals. She is highly ruthless and has always believed that she is superior to others. She is madly in love with Damen and will stop at nothing to get him back. She has been killing Ever's reincarnations one after the other in a sadistic way. Drina hopes that Damen will see that he loves her, not Ever and that humans don't deserve his compassion. She is killed by Ever during their second fight in a Ever's kitchen.

Ava: Ava is a psychic far less powerful than Ever or Damen. She can see people's thoughts with less accuracy and can see dead souls. Ava was hired by Ever's Aunt Sabine for a Halloween party where she saw Riley. She tried to convince her to cross to the other side and turned to Ever when she failed. Ever noticed she had a violet aura, which is "Highly spiritual, wisdom, intuition"

Haven: Haven is one of Ever's only friends at her new school. She is a goth and crushes on Damen when he arrives. However, she sees that he is only interested by Ever and harbors a grudge against her. Damen saves her from an assassination attempt by Drina who had befriended her as a part of her plot to destroy Ever.

Miles: He has an undying love for Holt, which he hides inside.
